This class is for those of you that have never set foot on a yoga mat and want to learn the ABC’s of yoga. The teacher takes the time to show you basic modifications for each pose so that you feel more stable and therefore more comfortable practising. You’ll learn alignment of the postures and also learn breath awareness while staying inside your comfort zone so you can slowly expand your comfort zone at your own pace. This class is suitable for absolutely everyone. Just bring an open mind.
