Teaches Modo Yoga and Modo Flow

Kate has always loved the outdoors and being physically active and strongly believes a healthy body and mind leads to a quality of life.  For years now, she has been involved in the fitness industry both working as a personal trainer and participating in body building competitions.

In 2007, she attended her first Modo class and couldn’t wait to go back.  “Im a true believer in Yoga’s ability to attune and align the body and the mind.”  Katherine has also experienced first hand the transformational healing power of yoga.  In 2012, she suffered the loss of one of her children.  As she continues to struggle with grief, she turns to yoga as a remedy – finding a mixture of peace, strength and joy in her practice. Through teaching, it is her desire to help others find whatever it is they seek and need each and every time they lay down their mat.
