Simply put, Patricia loves yoga. She’s learnt over the years how much she experiences Life on a physical level. For Patricia, yoga is a way for her to stay connected to her innermost Self through movement.
After completing her YTT in 2013, Patricia taught at a wide variety of studios throughout Ottawa. Her classes are mindful, flowing, alignment based, uniquely sequenced, and playfully challenging. She loves to crack a joke every now and then during class, too. After all, yoga is a way of life and life is meant to be fun!
Off her mat, she’s a nutritionist who loves to mountain bike and eat french fries.
